Core competencies in the capability statement

Cleared custodial and secure-space cleaning. To begin with, closed areas, controlled areas, SCIFs, labs, and offices, cleaned by a fixed crew your security office approves, together with access and completion records for every visit.

Cleared MEP maintenance. Then HVAC plant, electrical distribution, plumbing, lighting, and building systems, preventive first, as well as completion records and corrective-action closure.

Industrial housekeeping. Likewise, FOD-free, ESD-safe, and energetics-aware housekeeping for production support areas, composites shops, and electronics floors.

Grounds, exterior, and facility waste. Finally, grounds and snow, exterior, facility waste streams, and corrugate removal and recycling on the production floor.

One boundary. Of course, our scope stops at the production equipment line. Facility systems, building envelope, housekeeping, and waste are ours, while the tooling is yours. Corrugate removal and recycling is the one task that crosses that line.

Differentiators: one system, not a list

Each of these depends on the others, so the model is hard to copy. Take any one away, and the escort hours, the hand-offs, or the audit gaps come back.

Self-performed IO&M

Our employees do the custodial, housekeeping, grounds, waste, and MEP work under one site manager. As a result, you get control, speed, and one accountable name, with specialty trades managed under the same agreement.

Cleared workforce readiness

A DoD Cleared Workforce under our own FSO removes escort dependency and startup friction. Cleared employees earn a wage differential rather than a premium rate, and we clear two or three people beyond the site’s need so a cleared employee whose performance slips is changed out from the bench.

R3 Secure FacilityOps

Above all, the operating system behind every site: standardized playbooks and SOPs, closed-loop root-cause analysis, and centralized KPI reporting that drives Reliability, Responsiveness, and Reduction.

Audit-proof execution

Every task closes with a completion record, every controlled-area visit reconciles with your access log, and every corrective action carries root cause and closure. In other words, records your auditors can pull, not assurances.

Technology with cyber awareness

Finally, CMMS work-order management, client portals, photo proof where cameras are allowed, and an IoT-ready posture, delivered with NIST SP 800-171 alignment and air-gapped capability where your site requires it.

Capability statement proof points

We publish only the figures we can defend, because we measure them through R3 Secure FacilityOps, our operating system for secure sites.

Measure Figure
On-time work-order completion 99 percent
Client retention 98 percent
Client-defined reduction targets met 100 percent
Recent renewal For example, a New York defense and aerospace client renewed in March 2026 for seven years
Year-one structural savings target 10 to 15 percent of in-scope facility cost, confirmed against each site’s own baseline before we commit to it
References Available under NDA on request, as well as on a call between security offices

Capability statement questions sourcing teams ask

What is in the IH Services capability statement?

One page: company data (legal name, parent, CAGE, UEI, NAICS, SAM status, headquarters), core competencies, differentiators, proof points, safety metrics, and workforce posture, as well as the contact for the rest. Because it uses the same field values as this page and as every prime supplier portal we register on, the record in your system matches the document.

How do I get the capability statement as a PDF?

Download it from the link on this page, or otherwise ask through the contact page and we send it the same day. Sourcing teams who need a questionnaire or portal completed instead can name the portal, and we then complete it within five business days.

Does the capability statement list security clearance levels or insurance limits?

No. In line with how cleared sites handle that information, the capability statement states the posture (DoD Cleared Workforce under a dedicated Facility Security Officer trained to 32 CFR Part 117, program administered under DCSA) and leaves specifics to a conversation between security offices. Likewise, we provide a certificate of insurance on request rather than publishing limits.

Which NAICS codes does IH Services hold?

Five in all: 561210 (facilities support services), 561720 (janitorial services), 561740 (carpet and upholstery cleaning), 238220 (plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors), and finally 562111 (solid waste collection).

Is the capability statement enough to add IH Services to an approved supplier list?

Usually it covers the first pass. After that, most primes ask for the same five things in their own format: self-performed or subcontracted labor, the security program and FSO, safety EMR and TRIR, named defense-site experience, and references. All five are on this page; moreover, we provide references under NDA on request.

Need it in your portal rather than a PDF?

To begin with, tell us which portal or questionnaire you use. We then complete it with the values on this page and send the capability statement the same day.
