How Our Hiring Process Works

From application to your first day on site

Apply Online: Submit the form on this page and tell us the type of work you are looking for. Applications go to our HR team in Greenville, South Carolina.

Phone Screen and Interview: If your experience fits an opening, a recruiter or site supervisor will reach out to walk through the role, schedule, pay, and location.

Background Screening: Because we work inside secure and mission-critical facilities, roles require a background screening, and some positions require eligibility for a federal security clearance.

Onboarding and Training: New hires are trained on our SOPs, safety requirements, and site-specific procedures before working independently, with ongoing certification for floor care, sweeper/scrubber, and clean room work.
