IH Services announced the appointment of Scott Whatmough as an outside board member, strengthening the company’s governance and strategic depth as it continues to expand its integrated facility services and operations & maintenance capabilities across regulated and mission-critical environments.
Mr. Whatmough is Founder and CEO of 17 Radial Consulting, where he advises organizations on growth strategy, organizational effectiveness, and executive leadership. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Engility’s Defense and Security Group, where he led delivery of advanced engineering, systems engineering, test and evaluation, and technical consulting solutions supporting the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Whatmough spent 30 years at Raytheon, including leadership of a $1 billion military electronics systems business and a 6,000-person engineering organization. His experience spans defense systems, R&D, warfighter readiness, logistics, and modernization programs.
Mr. Whatmough holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
His appointment supports IH Services’ focus on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and delivering reliable, compliant facility operations for complex client environments.
