Many organizations today depict their management structure in the traditional wiring diagram that would reveal more of a "top down" approach in support of customer operations.

We look at that very differently.

We know that our success depends on the success of the account leadership located at each customer facility that we serve. Like the soldier on the battlefield, our management structure is created to support the efforts of those who operate in the "trenches" each and every day, working hard to deliver the results that we promised.

We turned it upside down.

Our "Bottom Up" Approach provides the strong roots and solid foundation to leverage the wealth of experience of our leadership team in support of our customer operations.

Ryan Hendley, CBSE — CEO

Ryan Hendley, CEO Ryan, the eldest son of founder Dick Hendley holds a B.S. in Business from Gardner Webb and a Masters in PE from East Tennessee State University and upon graduation pursued a career as a small college football coach where he honed his skills as a leader and team builder. 10 years later the family business came calling and in 1983 he rejoined IH Services as a District Manager and began a deliberate process of learning the business from the ground up. He has held all intermediate leadership positions to include VP of Operations and President. He assumed his current position as CEO of IH Services in 1993 and also serves as CEO of our sister company Pinnacle Staffing.

Ryan is well known throughout the company as a “people person” and strives to continue the culture that his father Dick created in 1955 that puts the safety and well-being of our 3000+ associates first and foremost. In 2010, Ryan led the company effort to implement a long term strategy that was focused on “Delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience” a strategy that required re-engineering many of our processes, further developing our leadership and management skills and integrating state of the art technology to insure we exceeded our customers’ expectations in both quality and performance. He has become the “face” of our “12 Steps to Zero” safety program and has placed safety as our number 1 priority in everything we do.

Ryan proudly served as the President of the BSCAI (Building Services Contractors Association International) in 2003 and has also obtained the designation CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) which is the highest certification in the industry.

Taylor Bruce, CBSE — President

Taylor Bruce, COO Taylor received his B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech and began his professional career in the textile industry and served in many leadership positions which included Plant Manager, Milliken & Company, Executive VP of Operations for Dan River Mills, President and CEO of Textile Industries USA and President of the Hospitality Division of the Bibb Company. In 1996 Taylor joined IH Services as President and began to reshape the internal processes of the company to provide an elevated level of support to our individual site managers in every customer account. He also redirected our market focus from industries in decline to industries positioned for expansion and avoided a risk exposure that would have certainly impacted the company’s continuing growth.

Taylor’s leadership has been instrumental in the implementation of a state of the art HR and Payroll system, transitioned the entire organization to electronic timekeeping, developed and employed our P3 online quality audit platform and developed a comprehensive approach to metrics that insures that we are meeting and exceeding expectations in every account. He has also partnered with the “Best of the Best “ suppliers and vendors to control costs, increase the utilization of the most technologically advanced chemicals and equipment and led the development of an online Supply Ordering System that brings the power of that partnership directly to the customer.

Taylor served as President of the BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International) in 2012 and has received the designation of CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) which is the highest certification in the industry.

Paul Jameson, CBSE — Executive VP Operations

Paul Jameson, Executive VP OperationsPaul received his B.S. in Business from the Citadel and began his professional career in the Process and Chemical Division of Fluor, one of the world’s largest engineering construction companies.

He joined IH Services in 1988 and was promoted to his current position of VP of Operations in 1990. Embracing the vision of “Delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience” Paul has successfully aligned a management and support structure that insures that our site managers at every individual account have been given the training, guidance, technology, materials and equipment to deliver the quality and performance that we promise. Paul has directed the development of our “12 Steps to Zero” safety program, our Account Manager Training and Orientation program, been instrumental in organizing our annual Account Manager meetings where he brings all operational management together to further develop individual leadership skills, identify, discuss and resolve issues that affect the customer experience and share “Best Practices” as they apply across a very diverse customer base.

Paul is an active member of the BSCAI (Building Services Contractor Association International) and has also achieved the designation of CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) which is the highest certification in the industry.

Matt Nesbett, CFO

Matt Nesbett, CFO Matt received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Heidelberg University in Tiffin Ohio and began his professional career serving in the manufacturing and textile industries where he held a variety of leadership positions to include Division Controller, Director of Finance, Global Finance Manager and International Business Controller.

After joining IH Services in 2008 as Vice President and Controller, Matt began to update all back office accounting systems, implemented the current ERP system that enabled financial reporting and analysis down to the individual customer account level and integrated the electronic timekeeping system directly into payroll processing which created an almost paperless environment.

Since assuming the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position in February of 2015, Matt has been instrumental in the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System that will provide all levels of management with a streamlined cloud-based HR and Payroll system.

Matt holds a license in South Carolina as a Certified Public Accountant, is an active member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and holds positions on several committees that promote “Best Practices” throughout the state.
