O&M for Secure, Mission-Critical Facilities

IH Services delivers facility operations and maintenance services for the nation’s most secure environment.

As a financially independent member of the GDI Ainsworth group of companies, we offer small company flexibility with large company scale and maturity unified through the R3 Secure FacilityOpsTM System– all engineered to drive service and asset reliability, customer and asset responsiveness and reductions in our clients’ pains, cost and risk.

Ready. Secure. Lean. — The Standard for Mission-Critical Facilities

Ready, Secure, Lean represents the three pillars facility and procurement leaders rely on to deliver continuity, compliance, and cost control in secure environments.

What it means for mission-critical facilities

  • READY: Facility assets are fully functional and their life-cycle predictable with trained personnel extending their life.
  • SECURE: Operations are within the DoD guidelines and administered by DCSA—proud member of the Defense Industrial Base supporting facilities and manufacturing plants that support Warfighters.
  • LEAN: Eliminating service variation,  process waste, and redundancy through disciplined, measurable processes.

Self-Performed. Audit-Proof. Scalable

Unlike fully vendor managed competitors lacking clearances and sophisticated process control, we self-perform essential services with a security-cleared workforce and audit-ready SOPs, while vendor-managing non-essential or niche services.

Direct Control — No broker layers; accountability stays with IH Services

Cleared Workforce — Immediate access to secure spaces, no escort delays

Audit-Ready SOPs — Standardized, processes proven under oversight

Smart Vendor Management — Embedded under our cleared supervision

Zero Compromise — Compliance and security standards never slip

Heritage + Scale — Founded in 1955, backed by GDI/Ainsworth’s 2.7B platform

Supporting Legacy FM

We support our legacy facility management providers, who have direct relationships with defense primes providing essential clearances, process discipline and scale to work in multi-location secured spaces. The DCSA security-review trends indicate that adding one subcontract layer results in more than triple the number of insider-threat findings. IH Services solves this problem by merging a secure self-performing workforce with deep enterprise-level soft and technical facility service capabilities.
