All IH Services supervisors have pagers which enables our customers to contact them 24/7 in case issues should arise when they are not on-site or in emergency situations. Our Area and District Managers carry cell phones to communicate with our supervisors and customers. Should an emergency occur, they can be reached either by the facility or our supervisor and be on-site in a short period of time. To better stay in close touch with our customers, each Area and District Manager utilizes laptop computers to communicate by email with each site.
Computerized Hand-Held Inspections
To assist in our commitment to quality, we use state-of-the-art software handheld palm instruments to automate facility inspection performance measurements and helps us to track the areas which need improvement.
Electronic Billing
IH Services offers our customers electronic data interface (EDI) capabilities for handling purchase orders and invoicing. Many customers find that this reduces their time in dealing with paper invoices and improves the approval process. In addition to or in conjunction with EDI, some customers choose to pay for invoices by use of electronic funds transfer (EFT). Most companies find that a reduction of paper saves time and money.
