IH Services is open to cost reduction initiatives. Your scope of work, costs and efficiencies are reviewed during the quarterly or semi-annual meetings or at any time you suggest. Each facility is different, but our management team generates ideas after getting to know your facility and evaluating cost reduction possibilities. 

Possibilities include a reduction of from 5% to 10% without drastically changing the quality of cleaning. These possibilities are presented to and discussed with our facility contact, and if given approval to pursue these possibilities, an addendum is drawn up outlining the changes to the contract. Once approved, an effective date is set.
